Delete your ICON account

This page lets you request deletion of your ICON Training account and the personal data associated with it. ICON Training is operated by Icon Train Smarter LTD. If you have any questions, email [email protected].

How to request deletion

  1. Fill out the form below using the email address linked to your ICON account.
  2. Our support team will reach out to you within 1–2 weeks to verify your identity and confirm the deletion.
  3. Once confirmed, your account and associated data are deleted within 30 days (see the retention details below for the full breakdown).

What data is deleted vs. retained

Deleted within 30 days

  • Your account profile (name, email, phone, password).
  • Training programs, workout history, and in-app content you generated.
  • Health and fitness data you submitted (weight, measurements, goals, etc.).
  • Backend application logs containing your identifiers (within 30 days).
  • Crash logs linked to your account (within 90 days).

Retained (legal or safety reasons)

  • Billing and tax records:retained for the period required by applicable law (typically 6–7 years).
  • Anonymized aggregate analytics: retained indefinitely; these cannot be used to re-identify you.
