- Partner Trainers (Icons you subscribe to): When you subscribe to an Icon, we share your profile, fitness, and health data with that trainer so they can coach you. They access it on our behalf, under our control and confidentiality terms, and only for your coaching
- Service Providers: Third parties who help us operate our platform
- Business Partners: With your consent, to provide integrated services
- Legal Compliance: When required by law or to protect our rights
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, sale, or acquisition
